  • Customer account information: until you request deletion or your account is inactive for 3 years
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Website analytics data: typically 26 months (Google Analytics default)

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include:

  • Secure HTTPS encryption across our entire website
  • Secure payment processing via our payment gateway (we never see or store your full card details)
  • Limited access to personal information within our team on a need-to-know basis

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and products are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published at www.rackandroll.co.za/privacy-policy with the effective date shown at the top. We encourage you to check back periodically.

If we make significant changes that affect how we use your personal information, we will notify you by email where we have your address.
