Built from recycled plastic rather than timber, Monks RP will not swell, rot or need refinishing when it lives somewhere permanently damp. Salt, slime and drips are simply not its problem. It holds skis and fishing rods horizontally and securely, and cleaning it is a hosepipe job. A more sustainable material choice, and a more practical one in coastal conditions.

Good to know

Recycled plastic handles damp permanently, which makes this the version for boats, coastal garages and anywhere that floods. Use stainless or galvanised fixings if it is going anywhere near salt air, otherwise the fixings will fail long before the rack itself shows any wear.
